New Vendors
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Mother’s Market. Mother’s looks for the highest quality products available across all categories with an emphasis on local, Organic, Non-GMO, Fair Trade, sustainable, Biodynamic, and/or Regenerative Farmed ingredients. We also seek companies that choose recyclable, eco-friendly, and compostable packaging. Please read our General Process Overview here or below before getting started.
Products must be free from artificial: preservatives, additives, fillers, binders, artificial fragrances, fats, flavors, and sweeteners.
Mother’s will request additional information/written statements to verify Non-GMO sourcing and processing of high GMO risk ingredients if not specified as Organic or Non-GMO on the label.
Process Overview
- Please note that as a general rule, Mother’s Category Managers review products following the published review calendar.
- Please note the review period for your product prior to submitting.
- Once your product has been submitted, it can take up to 8 weeks for your product to be reviewed.
- Should your Category Manager require product samples, they will reach out to you to request them.
- Please do not send samples unless requested to do so.
- You will be notified If your product has accepted for placement or not.
- If accepted for placement, you will be asked to send in the appropriate new item form.
- Please do not reach out to Category Managers unless requested to do so.
- Should your item not be accepted, you are encouraged to resubmit during the next review period for that category.
