2 Cups of Pitted Dates

2 Cups of Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)

3 tbsp of Chia Seed

2½ Cup of Filtered Water

Boil at least 2 cups of filtered water.

Put dates in a bowl and pour the boiling water over them until they are covered. Once the outer skin is curled up (1-2 minutes), drain the water and add to a blender.

Add the strawberries, chia seed and ½ cup of water into the blender and blend until smooth.

Place into a jar or glass food container.
Note: Jam will keep in the fridge for at least 4 weeks.
