Watermelon Jicama Salad
This refreshing watermelon salad is courtesy of Mother’s Market and Kitchen and is also a deli special for the month of July!
Ingredients:
Watermelon (cubed)
Jicama (julienned)
Feta Cheese, crumbled
Lime, juiced fresh
Basil leaf (shredded/chopped)
Preparation:
Combine watermelon, jicama, and lime juice in a large bowl and mix well. Add add feta cheese and mix again until watermelon and jicama are evenly coated with the feta cheese. Garnish with extra basil and enjoy!
