Great, Kimberly, it's an honor to be with you and your smiling face today...

Oh well, thank you so much. Why don't you fill in our audience a little bit on your mission and your work before we get to today's show topic...

Wow, okay, you're at such big questions, but I'll start really... We've been around for quite a while.

This is something that started in the early 70s, I actually converted our family farm, 450 acres into being organic and biodynamic, so in that process, we learned about the values of that type of quality of food and the quality of soil, and that led to also the quality of health and people, and I became fascinated with people, and as I did, I realized, Wow, I've got into the natural healing, and off I went to chiropractic school and naturopathic school, and graduating, and then 19 the later 1970s to opened one of the first holistic integrative all-natural clinics that grew quite large, and we just had such a great time finding new solutions to help people and develop many of those, and couldn't find anyone, they've actually make these products the way we found them working so well, and so I got to the final... What we call critical mass, where I decided to turn the practice over to my associate doctors and went on the research sabbatical and began King bio in 1989, and we've been manufacturing these natural medicines ever since, it's an FDA-registered pharmaceutical manufacturing company that all we do is natural medicines.

And so in that, it's quite a unique status that our products are natural, there's no side effects, there's no negative drug interactions, and the beautiful part about this, Kimberly, is we can make these wonderful claims so people can figure out exactly which products they need or don't need, and so we are able to say details about their indications for use, we're able to say the indications that, yes, this is for Sciatica, this is for your low back pain, is... It is for inflammation and injury, this is for your disc, this is for your headache, your heart burn, your hemorrhoids, whatever it might be, we have over 500 products that we manufacture and distribute throughout the world.

I was just gonna ask you how many... So you've practiced in research natural medicines for over 40 years.

So today we're talking about how natural medicines can improve our quality of life, and so I wanted to ask you and start off that you've practiced in research natural medicine for over 40 years, which is quite impressive.

Can you give our listeners some highlights of what else you've done and how you research this and how you... Well, I just called Some called me a healing maniac.

We have been committed to our patients to teaching, when we looked up What is Dr mean? It's a Latin word, it means to teach, and so that's something we've kept that honor in actually teaching and giving classes to our patients one evening a week for 10 weeks and they would graduate healing maniac with me. And what we found is the people that we educated were the people that took their health to the highest... It was that quality. We taught natural healing techniques, we taught people all about lifestyle and how to live the lifestyles that can really transform not only their lives, but we found that they were then also transforming their families lives, and they're transforming the lives of their friends and their sphere of influence, which were later what we call this is the healing revolution in action, we are discovering, Kimberly, what the power of lifestyle... How we can truly... I don't care what type of condition or a health problem you're dealing with, you have so much power laying with resident within each and every one of us, and that power, we teach people how they can awaken that power and activate that power and to be truly empowered well, that sounds amazing. And when you mentioned that healing revelation, you've done a lot in the realm of homeopathy. Homeopathy, you said it so well.

Let's talk a little bit about that and the benefits.

Certainly, homeopathy is a wonderful healing art, it's actually first or the natural products to have ascended to this credible level of being a registered all natural drug product with the FDA, so with that status that we can make these wonderful claims, so people can read the labels and truly discover which products match their needs, and so it's a wonderful tool, and in that tool, you can implement homeopathy to begin addressing the issues that you may have, and we are actually creating and developing further in our website where it can be like a virtual visit to Dr. King and people can fill out the appraisals and begin to discover more about the details of their health, and with that we guide them into lifestyles and where they may need to work on the weak links in their lifestyle, because we will only be as strong as our weakest link, and we call it the eight essentials of life, and when people learn to manage that, for example, one of the essentials is eat real food, what's the food that has sustained us since the beginning of time, and where have we gotten away from that type of food, it doesn't have to be boring. You can eat anything, whether it's a plant or animal, you can eat these things as long as they're raised naturally, and so we teach people how to eat real food and implement that type of real food in their diet, we teach people how to drink real water, what is the water that has sustained human all living things from the beginning of time.

It's really spring water.

And as simple as good, clean spring water is something that can really feed us and nurture us, and most people are dehydrated, and we have little tests that people can do, such as do with the skin pinch test, where you can grab back your hand and pinch the skin for about three seconds, let go and within less than a second that you go back to normal, if you find that that pinch stays raised slightly, one second later, it still can be seen you are dehydrated, there's another test where you can watch your finger and run it down the top of your tongue, it should feel it smooth as wet wax paper, and if it doesn't, if you feel any slight roughness, you are dehydrated. And people don't realize how important this is. But hydration in our body, that water is what carries all of our nutrients, all of our hormones, all of the chemicals that we need to sustain life in every one of our 10 trillion cells is carried by water, so when we do get dehydrated, it's not just like a hangover from drinking too much the night before, that is the hydration, but there's many levels up to that point, and what it is, we can start to begin to learn how to watch that and nurture that and care for that water, 'cause that's the sustaining fluid that's been worked genetically with us from the beginning of time, but today's world, we have adulterated the natural water that fluid, we should be nurtured by, and we start with sippy drinks or how about formula when you're a baby, and then you go to the sippy drinks and juices then you go to the soft drinks, and then you go to the energy drinks and the power drinks, and before you... And you get retired and you have coffee and tea, but we're substituting that what we need, the natural water, even as we get older, we have an adult or senior drinks, and so we need to be careful how we... And dehydration is really associated with... About all chronic disease.

And so we want to teach people how simple, if they can drink more water, we see people all of a sudden their heart burns clearing out, they're thinking more clearly, if they have more energy, their digestion working better, and they feel like they wanna go out and be active.

So it's a wonderful tool. Just water. That's the second essential. Then we go into the other eight essentials, which I don't know if we have time to cover all that, but it's everything from how to have super sleep, to fitness and being active. How about this? Relationships with people is a key thing, we're social beings, and our relationships are so important, they can be very healing and wonderful and life-giving to us, or they can be very toxic and take away a lot of life out of the SAP... To life out of us.

So we wanna teach people how they can have great relationships and how to nurture and develop better and higher level relationships that are actually life-giving, you love hanging around your family, you love hanging around your friends, because you have this great support group that's taken... You're all going to hire places together.

How about connecting with nature? We have lived in nature all of our lives, today the world is saying, Stay away from the sun. It's bad. Dr. sunshine became a bad guy. And all of a sudden we realized, no, he didn't. We just... Maybe our nutritional levels have been depleted so much that now we can't handle the sun as well, but as we get our nutrients levels up and spend a little bit of time in the sun every day, we get the best fight of... And we can get... And as from Dr. sunshine, where we actually, our body, skin synthesizes and creates the best we need for our immune system, for anti-cancer, we need sunshine, and as long as we're not abusing it, it is something we can't live without... Right, my goodness, and these are so, I wouldn't say necessarily easy on every aspect, but they're free, it's free to go for a walk in the sun, and it's free to drink water, it's free to sleep, right.

So it's not anything that... You have to spend millions of dollars on it.

He nailed it, Kimberly, it is, the most powerful things we can do for our health are free, right, we're in a marketing society, we're all by products of commercialism, and what's happened here is that is throwing us out of in the 21st century away from the natural lifestyle designed to sustain us.

So we wanna get back to these things, just because they're free, do not undervalue those things, these are very vital components, and the last one we have is we teach... It's called Hands-On natural techniques. We always taught our patients how to do natural therapy on themselves, on their spouses, on their family, on their friends, if you think about it, it is an essential of life without touch, children have failure to thrive Syndrome, babies and orphanages will die without touch. Sangam, a farmer for four generations, and so we found when we have a catheter, mother passed on it or didn't accept and we're raising, we had to give that animal lots of touch, and without that touch, that animal had problems... Would have health problems, it would have that failure to thrive that they even speak of out in the veterinary world, so that those animals need lots of touch just like humans do, and not just when we're babies, it test doesn't go away as we mature. We all need that nurturing touch, and so we teach natural healing techniques, how to give each other massage, how to work on clearing out a headache, how to work on improving your digestion through some abdominal techniques and so on, so we teach lots of these natural hands-on techniques that people can support one another and really feel a lot better through their life, and this is fascinating, it's very interesting information. You're much younger here, but going back into my days in the 50s and 60s that I remember not seeing the pollen on the hoods of cars like we see today, the polling counts have actually multiplied with the warming of the increased CO2 in our atmosphere has increased by 50%.

Now, what that has done is caused a 200% average increase in Poland in the last 50 years, because what do plants breathe in?

They breathe in CO2, what's been increasing and escalating in our environment, CO2.

So yes, that CO2 feeding plants and making them access, it's kind of like steroids for plants, it's something... So we're getting a lot more pollen and with that we're getting challenged with much more allergy, 'cause if you see Paul and under a microscope, it's like looks like one of those series... It actually is the cation spines all around it, and it irritates us in our respiratory tracks and creates problems, so there are wonderful natural homeopathic remedies to de-sensitize us from the sensitivities of pollen, so we have these regional mixes of allergies we've created and can really guess what... We have one for California, we have one for the Pacific coast, and it has the local addresses, the local pollen from the trees, the weeds, the grasses, and even certain molds that are in each geographic region around the country, so we have these pollen mixes that an allergy mixes that address these things. So if... Now, here's a unique thing. Let's talk about candida and Is that exclusively a female issue and what causes Candida?

Certainly, and candy is something I have worked with for over 40 years, it's been something we found way back that Candida was the underlining cause behind a lot of other health problems, it was a hidden cause, and we developed a product that actually addresses nine different types of Candida that actually can accumulate and create an overgrowth within the human body as well as pets. And so this is something that's very unique. Most of us have heard of Candida albicans, Alba, meaning white, it's like that white cottage cheesy stuff that we may have seen at some point in our lives in babies, roof for their mouth or on their tongue or in the China of a woman. That's the type of candy that most people are aware of, however, these other eight forms are not the white cottage cheese and data that maybe people over-aware of, so these are types of candy to some actually cause mental fatigue and they can cause... Yes, that's what the doctors did, they put you on a tight rope diet, we did plenty of them, and believe me, they're tough the rotating of the foods and a strict diet. In today's world, Candida is so big because we're eating way too much carbohydrate, it's too many sweets, combined with birth control pills and antibiotics and other medications, chlorinated waters, it was quite a long list that is actually destroying our gut culture.

We have more vires in a healthy person should have 10 times more bacteria in their gut alone than we have cells in our entire body, that is so valuable.
