My husband was so excited about his breakfast this morning! This pumpkin pie smoothie was a hit, so easy to make and he says it tasted just like pumpkin pie, so I call that a WIN!
Pumpkin pie is my husband’s favorite dessert. I am the minority in this, because it’s probably my least favorite, right up there with cheesecake. WAIT! Don’t leave — I am sorry if I offended you! I didn’t mean to. I still make many pumpkin pie flavored things.
I do enjoy some pumpkin-y things, but it’s not my go-to.
This smoothie has 6 healthy ingredients, is low in sugar, has no added sugar and by the time I turned around to ask how my hubby liked it, it was gone!
Enjoy, and happy all things pumpkin! Once you taste this smoothie you will forgive me for not loving pumpkin pie and cheesecake. Or worse… a pumpkin pie flavored cheesecake! HAH!
