Your kids think it is a sweet and delicious treat, but at the same time it is helping them avoid issues like: constipation, diarrhea, dehydration, and much more.

½ Watermelon, Cubed
-
½ Canteloupe, Cubed

½ Honeydew Melon, Cubed

1 small Jicama, Cubed
-
1 large Cucumber, Sliced/Chopped

2 Mangos, Sliced
-
2 Limes, Juiced
-
¼ Cup of Cilantro, Minced (Optional)

1 tsp of Pink Salt (Optional)
Directions:

Grab a large bowl (preferably a large glass tupperware bowl with a lid).

Using your knife and cutting board, prepare the fruits. You can use a food processor if you prefer.

Finely mince the cilantro and juice the limes.

Add all of the ingredients to your large tupperware or large mixing bowl and mix well.

Taste test and add extra ingredients if desired.
Note: We recommend making large batches since chopping can be time consuming. The end product will last in the fridge approx 1 week since it does contain lime juice and salt.
