Green Gut Smoothie

Vegan/Vegetarian/Plant Based
(Makes one 16oz smoothie)
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of dinosaur kale
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 2 Tbsp of soaked pumpkin seeds
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 oz of strawberries (frozen)
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 8 fl oz of unsweetened plant milk
- 1 date (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender
- Blend until smooth
- Taste and adjust ingredients as desired
