Grilled Corn and Arugula Salad

Ingredients:
Arugula
Corn on the cob, shaved
Red onion, julienned
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Basil leaf, chopped
Red Wine Vinaigrette

Preparation: 

Combine all dry ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add dressing and mix until all ingredients are evenly and lightly coated. Serve and enjoy!
