Wild Harvest Powdered Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancakes

Cook time: 20 minutes

1/3 cup vanilla protein powder of choice

1/3 cup Wild Harvest powdered peanut butter

1/3 cup Wild Harvest organic all purpose flour

2 tbsp Wild Harvest organic maple syrup 

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup oat milk (or another milk of choice)

2 Wild Harvest eggs

1/2 tsp Wild Harvest organic vanilla extract

1 Wild Harvest organic banana, diced

Add all ingredients except banana to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. 

Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet, then portion pancake batter using a ¼ cup measurement. Sprinkle banana slices on the pancake. 

Let cook until the edges start to dry and bubble, then flip and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until both sides are golden brown.
