This holiday season, Simply Layered’s Gluten-Free-Vegan (GFV) options will include Pumpkin, Berry Walnut, and Apple Crisp Pies; Gluten-Free (GF) options will include Pumpkin Loaves, Shortbread Cookies; and they will also offer an assorted variety of both Gluten-Free and Gluten-Free-Vegan loaves. These are all in addition to their regular, extensive line of all-natural, preservative-free pastries, cookies, seasonal breads, specialty desserts, and gluten-free baked goods.
