NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Mother’s Market & Kitchen, Southern California’s trusted destination for natural and organic living for nearly five decades, is expanding beyond the grocery aisle with the launch of two original digital series: What It Takes and A Love Language.

Premiering this summer across Mother’s digital platforms, the series offer an authentic look at the people, purpose, and everyday moments that define the Mother’s experience—from the teams behind the brand to the customers who make Mother’s part of their lives.

What It Takes

What It Takes takes viewers behind the scenes of Mother’s, exploring the work that happens long before the doors open. Each episode follows a different story, highlighting the people, planning, leadership, and collaboration that bring the Mother’s experience to life. From product launches and store openings to executive meetings and community events, the series offers an inside look at what it truly takes to build and grow the brand.

The inaugural episode follows CEO Dorothy Carlow, offering viewers a rare look at the conversations, decisions, and leadership that shape Mother’s every day.

A Love Language

A Love Language shifts the focus to the people Mother’s serves. Through heartfelt stories featuring couples, families, friends, and individuals, the series explores how food becomes an expression of love, care, and connection.

The first episode follows a young couple as they shop for dinner together, showing how even an ordinary grocery trip can become an act of love.
