JAMBAR Celebrates Families & Mother’s Market

JAMBAR is proud to be carried in Mother’s Market stores and JAMBAR founder, food scientist and mother of six, Jenny Maxwell shares Mother’s Market’s vision of guiding consumers to lead a stronger, more balanced and abundant life. In 2021, Jenny founded JAMBAR with the goal of helping people feel good not only about the ingredients they put in their bodies, but also about the positive impact they can have on their local communities.  

Made with organic whole food ingredients, JAMBARs are the perfect energy bar for adults and kids alike. As a mom, Jenny estimates she’s made about 28,000 school lunches over the last two decades so when parents tuck her JAMBAR energy bars into their kids’ backpacks, she knows they’ll fuel the school day in the most delicious and nutritious way possible. 

This Fall, Mia Syn, a national nutrition expert and one of the most recognized and trusted young dietitians in the country featured JAMBAR as a “Healthy Back to School Snack” in the August 23rd airing on CBS San Diego.  

“As a registered dietitian, I look for organic snacks like JAMBAR that are made with real food ingredients and offer a balance of protein and fiber to help keep kids from preschool through college satisfied and fueled between meals,” says Syn, M.S., R.D. 

In addition, JAMBAR has assembled an impressive lineup of athlete ambassadors, the newest of which is Southern California-based pro surfer, mother and plant-based athlete Tia Blanco. Tia joins top-tier athletes including Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley, professional running power couple Joe Klecker and Sage Hurta-Klecker, Stroller Mile World Record Holder Neely Spence Gracey and pro cyclist and Gravel Hall of Famer Ali Tetrick.

In addition to having 10g of protein, each JAMBARs have 4g of fiber and contain no processed or manufactured sugars. Unlike other highly processed energy bars, JAMBARs are made entirely from real-food ingredients including ancient grains, Guittard chocolate, berries, fruit, and nut butters. Every JAMBAR contains plant-based sunflower and/or milk protein, along with real maple syrup, honey and/or juices as sweeteners. All of JAMBAR’s five flavors are certified organic, gluten-free and non-GMO. Three plant-based options include Musical Mango, Jammin’ Jazzleberry and Tropical Trio.
