Green Gut Smoothie

Vegan/Vegetarian/Plant Based

(Makes one 16oz smoothie)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of dinosaur kale
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp of soaked pumpkin seeds
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 2 oz of strawberries (frozen)
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 8 fl oz of unsweetened plant milk 
  • 1 date (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Taste and adjust ingredients as desired
